Security Operations

Security usually arrives at the end, as a penetration test that finds what the design could have prevented. We build it into delivery and operations instead: threat modelling before code, checks in the pipeline, monitoring in production, and the evidence an auditor asks for, collected as the work happens. For cloud-specific controls, see our Cloud Security & Compliance practice.

Security in the delivery path, not after it

Six services, standalone or combined. Every engagement starts with a baseline and a ranked risk register.

Secure Development Lifecycle

Threat modelling, secure code review and dependency checks, built into the way your teams already ship.

Vulnerability Management

Scanning, triage and fixes tracked to closure, ranked by what is actually exposed.

Security Monitoring

Logs and alerts for the events that matter, watched by people who know your system.

Identity & Access

Least-privilege access, reviewed on a schedule, with every joiner and leaver change leaving a record.

Incident Response

A rehearsed plan for security incidents: who decides, who communicates, and how evidence is preserved.

Audit Evidence

Controls mapped to the frameworks you answer to, with evidence collected all year rather than in the week before the audit.

Four phases, from exposed to evidenced

Each phase ends with something you can hold: a risk register, closed findings, checks in the pipeline, an evidence pack.

Security Baseline

We inventory what you run and what data it holds, model the threats to it, and compare your controls with the framework you answer to.

  • Asset and data inventory
  • Threat model for key systems
  • Control gaps against your framework
  • Exposure and vulnerability scan
  • Access review findings
  • Risk register, ranked

Three ways a security programme stalls

Each one looks like progress from the outside:

A Certificate as the Goal

If the aim is a badge rather than lower risk, the controls exist only on paper. We will help with certification, but the risk register comes first.

Tools Before Inventory

Buying a security product before knowing what you run adds alerts that nobody can act on.

Nobody to Fix Findings

Scanning without engineering time to fix things only produces a longer list. With no capacity, start with fewer, more important systems.

What we hold ourselves to

The detail is on our Trust Centre page.

01

ISO 9001:2015 Certified

Certificate IN60749A. Our delivery runs under a certified quality management system.

02

ISO 27001 in Progress

Our information security management system is being implemented. Certification is not yet held, and we do not claim it.

03

Evidence as We Go

Every fix and review leaves a record you can hand to an auditor.

04

Responsibility in Writing

Who secures what - your provider, us and your team - is agreed in writing, including who fixes findings.

Security operations, answered

We prepare systems for independent penetration tests and fix what they find. We recommend the test is run by a firm that did not build the system.

Know what's exposed
before you buy tools.

Tell us what you run, which framework you answer to, and when your next audit is. The first step is a security baseline and a ranked risk register.
