Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Nujtech collects through this website, why we collect it, what we do with it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it.

It covers this website, nujtech.com. It does not cover our product site, nsecurebackup.com (opens in a new tab), which publishes its own policy, or the data we process on behalf of clients when we deliver services to them, which is governed by our agreements with those clients.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Nujtech Software Solutions (OPC) Private Limited (CIN U62011PN2024OPC229723), a one person company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 2013, that trades as Nujtech (“Nujtech”, “we”, “us”). Our registered office, which is also our principal place of business and our address for privacy correspondence, is Office No. 719, 7th Floor, Gera Imperium Rise, Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjewadi Phase 2, Haveli, Pune, Maharashtra 411057, India.

For the personal data described in this policy, we are the controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and the UK GDPR, and the Data Fiduciary under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”).

2. What we collect, and through which form

We only collect personal data that you choose to send us, plus the basic technical information any website receives.

The contact form and the industry-page inquiry forms

When you send an inquiry from our contact page or from one of our industry pages, we collect:

  • your name and work email address (required)
  • your company name
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it
  • the topic you select, and the message you write about what you are trying to build or fix
  • which page of this site you sent the inquiry from

The careers application form

When you apply for a role through our careers pages, we collect:

  • your full name and email address (required)
  • your phone number, if you choose to give it
  • the role you are applying for (required)
  • a LinkedIn or portfolio URL, if you choose to give one
  • your resume or CV (required), and everything it contains
  • anything you write in the optional note to us

Please do not include sensitive information in your resume - such as health details, religious beliefs, political opinions or government identity numbers - unless it is genuinely relevant to the role.

Email and phone

If you email us - for example at sales@nujtech.com or hr@nujtech.com- or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share, along with your email address or phone number.

Technical information

Like every website, the servers that host this site receive technical information each time your browser requests a page: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request. We do not use this to identify you or to build a profile of you.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use personal data only for the purpose you sent it for:

  • Inquiries- to reply to you, understand what you need, prepare for a first call and, if you ask, put together a proposal or roadmap.
  • Applications- to consider you for the role you applied for, contact you about it and, only if you agree, consider you for other roles.
  • Technical information- to deliver the site to your browser, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

Under the EU and UK GDPR

  • Replying to an inquiry relies on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services. Where you ask us to prepare a proposal, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract.
  • Considering an application is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into an employment contract, and is also in our legitimate interest in recruiting the right people.
  • Technical information is processed in our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website.
  • Where the law requires us to keep a record, we keep it to comply with that legal obligation.

Under India’s DPDP Act

You give us this data voluntarily, for a specified purpose - to get a reply, or to be considered for a role - and we use it only for that purpose, which the DPDP Act treats as a legitimate use. If you tell us you no longer want us to use your data, we will stop and delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it.

We do not use personal data from this website for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.

4. How long we keep it

  • Inquiries and emails. We keep an inquiry for as long as we need it to reply to you and continue the conversation. If it leads to an engagement, it becomes part of our record of that client relationship and is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for any longer period the law requires us to keep business records (in India, generally eight years). If it does not, we delete it within 24 months of our last exchange with you.
  • Resumes and applications. We keep your resume and application for as long as we need them to consider you for the role you applied for, and for any other role you agree we may consider you for - and in any case no longer than 12 months after that role is filled, unless you ask us to keep them longer. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time by emailing sales@nujtech.com. If you join us, your application becomes part of your employment record.
  • Technical information. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days to keep the site secure and diagnose faults, and are then deleted automatically.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run this website and to handle what you send us, only what each one needs to provide its service to us, and only under data processing terms that bind them to use it on our instructions. The current list, with locations, is in our Trust Centre.

  • Hosting and infrastructure- Google Cloud, which hosts this website in the United States and processes the requests your browser makes to it.
  • Form delivery and CRM- the services that deliver form submissions to our team and the customer relationship management and recruitment tools in which we keep track of inquiries and applications.
  • Email- Microsoft 365, which we use to receive your messages and reply to them.
  • WhatsApp- if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, the conversation, your WhatsApp name and your phone number are processed by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms and privacy policy, and are visible to the team members who answer it. We use them only to reply to you, and keep them under the same retention rules as email inquiries.
  • Spam protection- Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a form is being sent by a person rather than a bot. When a page with a form loads, it receives technical information from your browser, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, and uses it only for that check. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy addendum (opens in a new tab).

We use no analytics or advertising services on this website, so no personal data is shared with any.

We may also disclose personal data to our professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, where they need it to advise us, and to a court, regulator or law enforcement authority where the law requires us to.

6. International transfers

Nujtech is based in India, so if you contact us from outside India - including from the United Kingdom, the EU, the United States, Australia or Fiji - your personal data is processed in India. This website is hosted in the United States, and some of our service providers process data in other countries.

Where personal data from the UK or the EU is transferred to a country without an adequacy decision, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and, for UK data, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, which are part of the data processing terms of the providers listed above. For personal information from Australia, we take reasonable steps under Australian Privacy Principle 8 to ensure overseas recipients handle it consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles. In every case, the protections in this policy go with your data.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website does not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts, and it does not set cookies of its own. Its fonts, images and videos are served from this site rather than from third-party services, and its pages do not embed third-party content such as social media widgets. The one exception is the spam check on our forms: Cloudflare Turnstile runs in a frame served by Cloudflare, and is not used for analytics or advertising.

Our hosting or security provider may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from abuse and keep it available. Such a cookie is not used for analytics or advertising, and does not track you across other websites.

Because we set no non-essential cookies, we do not show a cookie banner. If that changes, we will update this policy first and ask for your consent before any non-essential cookie is set.

Links to other websites - including our social media profiles and nsecurebackup.com (opens in a new tab)- take you to sites with their own cookie and privacy policies.

8. Newsletter

We do not run a newsletter, and we do not maintain a newsletter mailing list. An earlier version of this website had a newsletter signup form; it has been removed, and no newsletter has been sent to anyone who used it. We do not use email addresses submitted through that form to send newsletters or marketing email.

If you used that form and want to know whether we still hold your address, or want it deleted, email sales@nujtech.com.

9. How we protect it

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for everything you send through this site and access limited to the people who need it to respond to you. Our own application logs never record the content of your message or your email address in readable form - only a one-way hashed reference we use to trace a delivery that failed.

If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where the law requires us to.

10. Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we hold personal data about you, and give you a copy or a summary of it
  • correct, complete or update it
  • delete it
  • stop using it, where you gave it to us for a purpose you no longer want us to pursue

If you are in the EU or the UK

Under the EU or UK GDPR you also have the right to:

  • restrict how we use your data while a concern is resolved
  • object to processing based on our legitimate interests
  • receive data you gave us in a portable, machine-readable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on it
  • complain to a data protection authority - in the EU, the authority where you live, work or where you think the problem happened; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office

If you are in India

Under the DPDP Act you also have the right to:

  • a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it, and the identities of anyone we have shared it with
  • have a grievance about our handling of your data addressed by us
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to
  • complain to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with how we have dealt with your grievance

11. How to exercise your rights or complain

Email sales@nujtech.com with “Privacy request” in the subject line, or write to us at the address below. Tell us which right you want to exercise and, if you can, which form or email address you used, so we can find your data quickly.

We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, so that we never disclose or delete someone else’s data. We will respond within one month. If a request is complex and we need longer, we will tell you within that month, and why.

Exercising your rights is free.

12. Children

This website is for businesses and job seekers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, tell us at sales@nujtech.com and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

When our practices change, we update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top. The version published here is the one that applies.
