Cloud Migration Services: Planned in Waves, With a Way Back

Applications, databases and workloads moved to AWS, Azure, GCP or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure wave by wave, with cutover windows agreed in advance and rollback criteria written before each one.

what you get

Four Phases, Four Hand-Overs

  1. 01

    Discovery & Assessment

Workload, dependency and data mapping. Produces a wave plan, plus the access and sign-offs needed from your side.

  2. 02

    Landing Zone & Pilot

Accounts, network, identity and a first low-risk workload moved. Produces a proven migration path.

  3. 03

    Migration Waves

Workloads moved wave by wave, each reconciled and each with a rollback trigger. Produces migrated, verified systems.

  4. 04

    Optimise & Decommission

Rightsizing, old-estate shutdown and runbooks. Produces an estate your team runs, with the IaC behind it.

the trade-off

Downtime Is a Plan, Not a Promise

Any migration that touches live data has a cutover window. Its length depends on data volume, replication lag and how much change you can freeze. We plan it with you instead of promising it away.

Each wave carries a rollback trigger, a reconciliation check and a budget for running both estates side by side. For C.J. Patel & Co. in Fiji, we delivered Oracle DBA, an OCI migration and a custom ERP.

In scope

What a Migration Actually Involves

Assessment & Migration Planning

Dependencies, data volumes and risks mapped, and workloads grouped into waves.

Application & Data Migration

Rehost, replatform or refactor, chosen per workload, with data reconciled after each move.

Database Migration

Oracle and other databases moved with replication, validation and a tested fallback.

Hybrid & Multi-Cloud Migrations

Moves between providers or from on-premise, with egress and lock-in costed up front.

Cutover & Rollback Planning

Freeze windows, go/no-go criteria and a rollback trigger agreed before each wave.

Post-Migration Optimisation

Rightsizing, old-estate decommissioning and runbooks for the new environment.
